Sitma 950
Plastic wrapping line + digital print head

In addition to our existing Sitma bagging line we have purchased a second plastic wrapping line, the Sitma 950.

At a speed of 20 000 items per hour, this machine wraps magazines and books separately in plastic, adds automatically up to 5 supplements and prints an address with an inkjet printer. Because of the digital printing quality, even logos are perfectly rendered.

Furthermore, the magazines are no longer loosely wrapped in plastic. Because of the use of clingfilm the items are solidly bagged.

Today more and more inserts are added to magazines. In the past, we could only enclose two inserts. For that reason we decided to install this new machine.
