Muller Martini Asir 3: Monitoring of Assembly

With the purchase of a Muller Martini ASIR 3 SYSTEM, Geers Offset guarantees an automatic monitoring of assembly during the gathering of the quires.

The combination of image recognition software and extremely sensitive barcode scanners, ensures that our machines can track both marked and unmarked quires through every step of the printing process.

Based on information stored during pre-press with the barcodes (internal order number, language version, quire number), faulty quires will be recognised immediately.

Upon discovering a faulty quire, a warning signal is given and all work on the machine that sent the alarm signal, will stop.

In this way, the monitoring system makes missing a quire, or duplicating it, impossible.
